Mock-up within a few business days of receiving your brief. Production time depends on the style, volume and level of customisation: it is confirmed precisely in your quote.

France & Europe: tracked courier, delivered to a business address

International: air or sea freight depending on volume

Tracking number provided as soon as the order is collected

Receiving your order

Check the condition of parcels on delivery and report any issue on the carrier’s delivery note. Complaints must be submitted within 14 days.

Returns

Customised products are made to order and cannot be returned. In the event of a proven manufacturing defect, we will replace the affected items.
